
Couch to 5K Program

For the following races: the Flying Pig 5K, City of Edgewood 4th of July 5K, Tunnel to Towers 5K, and the Jingle Bell Run, we have a Couch to 5K program. This program is designed for beginning runners and walkers to get you to a 5K!

This program is designed for beginning runners and walkers to help you complete your first half marathon! Our goal race will be the Honor Run Half Marathon. This training group is offered at our FLORENCE STORE ONLY.
Spring Marathon or ½ Marathon Program

This program covers the Flying Pig ½ and full, Heart Mini Marathon, and the Frozen Cyclones 5K /10K. Runners and Walkers of all abilities are welcome to join!
Team Tri-State Company Racing Team

Take your training to the next level with Team Tri-State, a seasonal racing program offering expert-led structure for 5Ks through marathons. Each six-month season (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter) features weekly coached workouts, smart programming. It’s the ultimate community for runners looking to stay healthy, train with purpose, and hit their next PR.
Summer Bridge Program

Train for the Tri-State Running Company/City of Edgewood 5K and the Hyde Park Blast while improving your times and having fun!
Fall Full or ½ Marathon Program

This program covers the Queen Bee ½, Hudepohl 14K, Indianapolis Monumental ½ and full, and the Honor Run ½. Runners and Walkers of all abilities are welcome to join!
