Our Couch to Half Marathon training group is offered at our FLORENCE STORE ONLY. It is for beginning runners.

About the Program

If you want to be motivated by friends with similar goals, have structure and support during your training, gain strength to finish a race, get healthy and lose weight, sleep better at night, and enjoy all of the other benefits of running then join us for the Couch to Half Marathon training group for the Honor Run Half Marathon.

This training session meets on Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m. The schedule also includes 2 to 3 additional days to be completed on your own.

Training Prerequisite

There are NO training pre-requisites for this session. Our program is open to people of all abilities! If you are getting back into running or want to begin running this is the group for you.
