The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon, Honor Run 10K Presented by Medpace, and the Honor Run Half 5K will be held on Veterans Day weekend Sunday, November 9th, 2025. Come join us once again underneath the iconic Florence Y’All water tower to honor those who have served us!

The 13.1 mile St. Elizabeth Honor Run Half Marathon begins at 7:00 am. The 10K and 5K Run/Walk will start at 7:45 am.  All events start and finish under the Florence Y’All water tower at Florence Mall in Florence, KY.

Proceeds from all St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon events will benefit Honor Flight Tri-State by helping send our local veterans who have served our nation in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam to Washington DC to visit their memorials.  Over the past 10 years, we have donated a total of $420,000 to help our local veterans. Spend Veterans Day weekend with us on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, and help us once again honor those who have served us!
