Frontline seeding is available for fast runners expecting a sub-6:00/mile pace (please arrive early). Water stations will be positioned along the route and at the main park area. \n\n\nAllowed on Course: Strollers\, wheelchairs\, firefighter turnout gear\, and military backpacks are permitted.
