Celebrate the expansion of our clinical research campus and the amazing growth of the Madisonville community with the Medpace 5K in the Heart of Madisonville.  Join us as we as we celebrate the 30-year anniversary of Medpace at our 3^rd annual 5K. All proceeds raised from the event will go to The Children’s Home.

PARTICIPANT AMENITIES

All 5k participants will receive a custom event t-shirt and finishers will receive a custom medal. The top 25 Male and Female finishers will receive a custom prize.

KIDS FUN RUN

The Kids Fun Run will start at 7:00pm in the parking lot just in front of Building 5365. The course consists of a ¼ mile loop around that building. All finishers will receive their own finisher’s medal.

PRE/POST RACE at The Summit Hotel

Last minute registration, and race packets can be picked up at the Summit Hotel Lobby. Restrooms will be available inside the hotel for participants to use. Following the race, please join us for a post-race party in the parking lot of 5375.  Runners, family & volunteers are invited to celebrate with an after-hours event with music, food & local Beer.  Additional details for party zone will be announced closer to the race, stay tuned!

PARKING AND ROAD CLOSURES

There is plenty of free parking on Medpace campus. Individuals can park in the parking garage directly underneath the office tower or in most surface lots on campus. The best way to access our parking lot will be from the main entrance on Medpace Way from Madison Road. The back entrances to Medpace from Stewart Road and Hetzel St. will be closed starting at 4:30pm on the evening of the race. There will be no public parking directly behind building 5365 nor will it be available in the parking spots nearest the start & finish lines either.

The roads for the course will shut down to all traffic starting at 5:45pm and will be re-opened on a rolling basis as the course clears. Access to Medpace Way, Madison Road and Red Bank will remain open.

START AND FINISH LOCATIONS

The Third Annual Medpace 5K will start and finish on the Medpace campus. The address is 5375 Medpace Way, Cincinnati, 45227.

The 5K will start at 6:00pm on the south side of campus behind building 5365 on Hetzel Street and will finish at the three-point intersection of Medpace Way in the center of our campus. We recommend that all participants be at the start line by 5:45pm. After crossing the finish line, all finishers will receive a custom finisher’s medal and may make their way to the post-race party!

If you are unable to join the in-person event this year, grab your team wherever you are and run to help celebrate the 30-year anniversary of Medpace!
