Tri-State Running Company Cross Country Camp
The Tri-State Running Company Cross Country Camp is an opportunity for the high school student athletes to be prepared for the start of high school cross country practice. The TSRC Camp is for incoming 7th-12th grade boys and girls of ALL abilities. For 4 days, runners will learn the skill sets to become successful at the high school level while also improving general conditioning for the start of the season. The emphasis of our co-ed camp is to help runners improve.
• Learn how to train intelligently
• Acquire race strategies
• Develop proper nutrition habits
• Understand methods that successful runners utilize to achieve their goals
Not only will we be working hard to improve our physical and mental toughness throughout the week, but we will also be learning a lot! Expert speakers will come each day to speak to athletes on a variety of topics from collegiate running to injury prevention to motivation/goal setting. The faculty of the camp is made up of experienced and knowledgeable coaches that have many years of experience working with young runners. Our outstanding counselors are collegiate runners from a wide range of programs.
While working hard to improve at their sport, it is one of our goals to ensure a comfortable experience for all. Attendees will become better athletes while also having a lot of fun and making new friends.
2017 Camp Dates: Wednesday July 5th to Saturday July 8th, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

All those interested in participating in the camp must download and fill out the application form below. This form must be completed in full, including signature of a physician, and mailed in along with the final payment. Runners will not be allowed to participate without both the parental release and health history parts completed in full.
